Fantastic $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
After a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available until Dec. 2. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by a specialized software company over the years, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Additionally, there exist three different bundles available here.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Bundle Tiers
Entry Level
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, plus numerous other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, urban centers, and land masses from almost any perspective. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
